Founder & Instructor

Marjorie has 10+ years experience in coaching and teaching. She is dedicated to learning about nourishing foods, natural products, and holistic health. She’s also a green-smoothie-obsessed yogi and runner who enjoys walking her pup and the occasional barre and boot-camp class. With the platform of GR Healthy Living, she’s thrilled to help people achieve their personal wellness and fitness goals.

CAITLIN VOLOVLEK

Health Coach & Instructor

Many years of research and practice in the kitchen have inspired Caitlin to share her wisdom with others. By embracing the food + activity equation, Caitlin overhauled her life.  Add mindfulness training and the results are a trifecta of peak wellness. Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Aquinas College. Currently, she’s enrolled in Cornell University’s plant-based nutrition program and earning her group fitness certification.

MARY LYNN YOUNG

Yoga Instructor

Mary Lynne began practicing yoga in 2009 and has been hooked ever since.  Yoga enables her to be more present, relaxed, positive and mindful in her everyday life. Mary Lynn’s passion for yoga inspired her to complete the 200-hour yoga teacher training through Expressions of Grace Yoga.  It is her mission to challenge her students physically and to open their minds to a deeper level of self-love, awareness, and body confidence.  She is thrilled to instruct the yoga portion of GR Healthy Living’s Whole Foods Cleanse!

Instructor & Nutritional Therapist

Diane is a certified nutritional therapist (NTC), real foodie, and fitness enthusiast. As a passionate omnivore, she believes food is medicine and key to a happy, balanced life. Diane helps her clients get to the root cause of their health concerns and improve their well being with diet and lifestyle changes that nourish their bio-individuality.
