Our 21-day program emphasizes how to include healthy, satiating food into your diet while addressing parts of your life that most need detoxing, healing, and revitalization. This is not a shake fad or restrictive juice cleanse; rather, you’ll have plenty of choices to keep you full & satisfied throughout the day. Our instructors will coach you through the process and provide valuable insight on nutrition with an added focus on the “whole self.” A whole foods cleanse is your short-term reset button to fuel long-term changes.
What to Expect:
-3 Educational workshop classes focused on whole foods, nutrition, and healthy living. All classes are located at the Luna Loft, downtown Grand Rapids.
-45-minute yoga sessions at the end of each class designed to release toxins and tension
